How do fees work on Rizbie?
Joining and starting a shop on Rizbie is free. Rizbie Currently does not charge any monthly subscription fee or product listing fee. Rizbie does charge a low 15% transaction fee and 3% payment processing fee on all purchases made in USD.
What do I need to do to create a shop?
To complete your Rizbie Shop registration, you will need to have access to: Company contact information, Valid phone number and email, Product description and information(To ensure products comply with Rizbie’s Terms and Conditions), a bank account or Paypal account where payments can be received. One of or account representatives will reach out to you upon account approval and review to discuss the next steps on becoming a selling partner with Rizbie.
How do I get paid?
Rizbie will process all transactions through PayPal. The vendor will receive a confirmation when a transaction is complete. Rizbie payouts are disbursed on a bi-monthly basis. Rizbie is all about the protection of its buyers and sellers from fraud so payments may be held in escrow until shipment information is provided or product inspection is completed by the buyer.
How does Rizbie protect sellers?
