Shipping Policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. if you need to change delivery information, please contact us right away. Once the order is processed we will be unable to make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it may take 15-25 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Rizbie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier provided to you on the tracking page. Return Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
We can send you parts to solve it if it isn't a big problem.
If it can't be solved, we will replace them once the customer return's the product.
Return time is 1 week and warranty time is 1 year
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
However, the shipping cost of the returned item will be shouldered by the customer.
